Williamsburg Realtors Special Build

Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg has partnered with the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS (WAAR) to build a Habitat house in James City County. WAAR has raised awareness, organized events and secured the funding to build this house.

Sandra and her family will make this house a home!

Sandra grew up in Williamsburg and is the proud mother of three who all share a passion for art and drawing. She is currently pursuing a degree in information systems technology.

Many people think Habitat gives homes away – but we don’t!

Habitat sells homes to qualified families with low to moderate incomes with a 20-30 year no-interest mortgage. Every homebuyer has to have good credit history and perform 300 hours of sweat equity.

Thank you to all who continue to help Habitat for Humanity provide families decent, affordable houses, which will build strong communities for generations to come.
