A Day on the Green, Building Hope for the Future
What a day on the course! Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s golf tournament a success for Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg.
With 23 teams, 92 golfers, 45 sponsors, and 18 dedicated staff members and volunteers, the day served as a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with a shared purpose. We were especially grateful to welcome TowneBank as this year’s Presenting Sponsor, along with more than 10 new sponsors who joined us in supporting Habitat’s mission.
From the first tee to the final putt, participants brought generosity, energy, and a commitment to helping local families build strength, stability, and independence through homeownership.
Thanks to the incredible support of our sponsors, golfers, volunteers, and community partners, we reached our fundraising goal.
Every dollar raised goes directly to helping Habitat continue building and repairing homes across the Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg, creating opportunities for families to put down roots and build brighter futures.
Events like this tournament are about more than a day on the course. They are about neighbors supporting neighbors, local businesses investing in their community, and people coming together to make affordable housing possible.
