Ready to take the next step toward homeownership? Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg is now accepting applications for homes in Charles City County, Hampton, and James City County. - Be a first-time homebuyer — meaning you have not owned a home within the past three years.
- Meet income guidelines, have a clean credit history and a debt-to-income ratio less than 40%.
- Applicants for James City County homes must currently live or work in James City County and agree to purchase a home through the James City County Community Land Trust. Learn more about the Community Land Trust at the first-time homebuyer details page.
