8th Annual Great Food Truck Festival

Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025 from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM as our Newport News ReStore parking lot transforms into the 8th Annual Great Food Truck Festival—a celebration of great eats, local vendors and giving back.

We’re proud to host this incredible community event, organized by Lux Events LLC, where $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to Habitat for Humanity Peninsula & Greater Williamsburg to help more local families achieve safe, affordable housing.

What to expect:

– Dozens of food trucks & vendors offering everything from savory meals to sweet treats.
– Local retail booths with unique finds, services, and giveaways.
– Hourly BINGO games (1–5 PM) with prizes like Apple AirTags, Echo Show, a 65″ smart TV and more.
– Food tasting competition where guest judges help crown the “Best of 2025.”
– Cash prizes for VIPs and vendor shoppers throughout the day.

– VIP Admission (11 AM entry + raffle ticket): $10.75
– General Admission (12 PM entry): $7.75
– Kids 5 & under are free!
