Raise the Roof 2021

…BUT WE STILL HAVE A HOUSE TO BUILD!

One in three local families spends half or more of their income on rent, often having to choose between housing, food, transportation or healthcare.

Habitat for Humanity Peninsula & Greater Williamsburg strives to help as many families as we can, but the lack of decent and affordable housing remains a critical problem locally.

By helping us Raise the Roof, you will provide much-needed funding so we can continue to build homes for sale to families with low to moderate income.

We help as many families as we can, but the lack of decent and affordable housing remains a critical problem in our area. By donating, you will provide upfront funding for building materials and services that makes interest-free loans to Habitat partner families possible. Habitat partner families help to build their own homes - alongside volunteers - and pay an affordable mortgage.
