Volunteers help at a Habitat for Humanity home

Spend a Saturday Supporting Habitat at the Williamsburg Bluegrass Festival

Good music, great food, and a meaningful way to support affordable homeownership are coming together on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

Habitat for Humanity Peninsula and Greater Williamsburg is proud to be the beneficiary of the Williamsburg Bluegrass Festival, hosted by Copper Fox Distillery. A portion of every ticket and cocktail sales from the event will be donated directly to Habitat, helping support The Moores, Habitat’s first-ever duplex homes, and create affordable homeownership opportunities for families in the local community.

From noon to 9 p.m., festival guests can enjoy a full day of bluegrass music, all-you-can-eat smoked pulled-pork barbecue and sides from Bones and BBQ by Mike, and the annual launch of Copper Fox’s Maple Cask Chestnut American Whisky.

The lineup includes:

  • Talita Band, 12 to 3 p.m.
  • Jacob Vanko, 3 to 6 p.m.
  • The Asheville Mountain Boys, 6 to 9 p.m.

At $55 per ticket, the Williamsburg Bluegrass Festival is a chance to gather with friends, enjoy the best of the season, and make an impact close to home.

Copper Fox Distillery is located at 901 Capitol Landing Road in Williamsburg!

We help as many families as we can, but the lack of decent and affordable housing remains a critical problem in our area. By donating, you will provide upfront funding for building materials and services that makes interest-free loans to Habitat partner families possible. Habitat partner families help to build their own homes - alongside volunteers - and pay an affordable mortgage. Your monetary donations enable us to continue building strength, stability and independence for future local families.
