SUMMARY:Spring 2023 Home Repair Blitz Volunteer Orientation
DESCRIPTION:CALLING ALL TEAM LEADER VOLUNTEERS! \nDo you have carpentry\, general construction or home repair skills? Volunteer as a TEAM LEADER at our upcoming 2023 James City County Home Repair Blitz! \nWe need SKILLED volunteers to work as Team Leaders as we assist veteran\, low-income\, elderly or disabled homeowners with:\n-exterior carpentry (replace hand rails\, porches\, stairs\, ramps\, etc.) -house & siding painting\n-other minor exterior repairs (steps\, gutters\, fence)\n-safety-related improvements \nEach Team Leader will “adopt” a house\, and oversee the projects and volunteers on that home.
